How to order:
- Send an email to heitormota@outlook.com with the subject "Order", with the description of the type of art and references, following the template (in bold):
Your name (and social media @, if applicable);
Character name;
Email address for invoice;
Payment method;
Type of commission (half body / full body);
Physical description of the characters;
Personality / mood of the characters;
Character reference (images);
The more references (Images or links) you send and write, the better.
- After full or partial payment, I will send a sketch to your email for approval or editing.
- Once the sketch is approved, full payment must be made before I continue working on the art;
- I will send regular updates on the progress;
- You can make small revisions in the process for free;
- It usually takes me 1-2 weeks to finish a commissioned artwork;
- I will send you the high-resolution PNG of the artwork by email.
Payment:
Full payment or 25% before starting work and 75% after the sketch is approved.

Terms and Conditions:
- Commissions are for personal use only;
- For commercial projects the price will be negotiated;
- I am allowed to use the artwork in my portfolio and post on social media;
- You are allowed to use artwork for avatar/icon, profile pictures, forums, etc;
- I reserve the right to refuse a commission request;
- I will only refund if I am unable to finish the artwork;
